3. Refund and exchange are not allowed especially after the transactions have been made.
4. Payment must be made to my Maybank or Public bank account via either e-banking or cash deposit
5. Strictly NO backouts once purchases had been confirmed (when ur payment is made). Backouts buyers will be blacklisted and will not be entertain in future.
6. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damage during delivery.
7. Reservation only make 2 days as we operate first come first serve basis. Item will be release if payment is not remitted within 2 days of confirmation.
:: For EXCLUSIVE range, reservation only can make in 24 hours. Payment must made within 24 hours if not, items will be released for other lovelies in waiting list ::
8. Lovelies must make advance payment for restock items. Full refund will be made if item is not restockable.
